Our administrator Tong Ty had an idea for a simple staff gathering to celebrate the Khmer New Year and it developed into a wonderful little lunch together that we all really enjoyed. Some of the staff took the money budgeted for the number of staff, bought some ingredients, and prepared a really delicious simple meal that we all enjoyed thoroughly.
