Today Johanna Karinen, the representative of the Finnish Association of the Deaf (FAD), arrived for the Annual Negotiations Meeting which we have every year. The Finnish Association of the Deaf and Maryknoll are partners supporting the Deaf Development Programme and these meetings are used to plan activities and budgets, discuss strategies, and give direction to the DDP program.
