We try to have a large all-staff meeting every year but we don’t always succeed. They are difficult to organize and they are expensive. But although these meetings cost a lot, they are very valuable for building up the spirit and the understanding of the staff.
This year a donor from Hong Kong designated funds for building staff capacity and we were able to use those funds for the gathering in Siem Reap.
