I was supposed to be at BNH Hospital at 8:00 AM. It's not that far from the Maryknoll office, just three or four miles, but Bangkok is notorious for its traffic. I left at 7:00 AM, waited for a bus, and then grew anxious as it crept through the morning traffic heading into town as I was. This is a #15 Bangkok city bus that I ride into town to BNH. |

I finally finished with the last of the doctors about 4:30 PM and then met Hang Tran in the lobby of BNH. Hang, a Maryknoll Lay Missioner, has been away from Phnom Penh for six months so it was good to see her again. We walked to a department store food court nearby and had a chance to catch up while eating. |
