 This was a strange week. Monday was a work day. Tuesday was the Deaf Day celebration. Wednesday was a public holiday. Thursday was another work day, but in the evening I went to Bangkok for meetings and a medical test. Thursday wasn't too unordinary except that late in the morning I got the hiccups and they continued for fourteen hours! I don't know why they stopped but I'm glad they didn't keep me awake. I think they must be part of a cold I developed today with a lot of sneezing and a runny nose and headache, a rare occurence for me. I was ready for bed by the time I got to the Maryknoll office in Bangkok about 11:30 PM. |
