Asian women generally have beautiful thick black hair that would be the envy of many women in Western countries. The envy works the other way, though, and many women here yearn for lighter-hued hair--and make it happen. An awful lot of mostly young women in Cambodia dye their hair some lighter shade, often times with a rather strong color that really stands out in the culture.
