8th Philippines Catholic Deaf Congress
Manila -- 29-30 November 1997
A two-day congress for Catholic deaf people from all over the Philippines was held at La Salle University in Manila. Approximately 150 deaf people, parents of deaf children, and various pastoral workers attended.
