For this October board meeting, we had only one day of discussions because of schedule conflicts. Normally we arrive Thursday evening and have some board education, and then meet all day Friday and Saturday morning.

Again this day for the meeting of the Board of Directors of Maryknoll Lay Missioners began with a liturgy in the Walsh Building chapel. Margo Cambier (L) listened while Mike Wrob read the first reading. Also listening were Sarah Welch, Sam Stanton, and Larry Parr.

After mass the meeting of the Board of Directors began. At one end of the table (L-R) were Margo Cambier, Dave Dreiling, Tom Healey, Sarah Welch, Sam Stanton, Dave Cappellari, and Mike Wrob.

This year the board members stayed at the Sisters' Center rather than at the seminary building on the priests' campus.

Lunch was with the sisters in their dining room and gave many of the board members a chance to reconnect with sisters who were old friends from the past.

At the other end of the boardroom table (L-R) were Mike Wrob, Mark Wittenberg, Mike Noonan, Marci Winston (secretary), Bill Vos, and Kathy Bond and Margo Cambier.

This time the board meeting was only one day long. After it was adjourned, Sr. Regina Pellicore and Charlie Dittmeier and Sami Scott, the Cambodian regional coordinator, had dinner at the sisters' place together with Hang Tran and Karen Bortvedt.
