Today Maryknoll wanted me to feel at home so the electricity went off in the R wing of the seminary building in the background where I was staying. A new addition to the seminary campus is this sign for the Maryknoll Lay Missioners.

Then it was time to head to Louisville. I flew from LaGuardia Airport with its iconic welcome to New York City.

I arrived in Louisville at 7:20 PM and went to my sister Mary's house where the brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews gathered for the evening.

This gathering was attended by all the siblings except brother Dennis in Florida. The evening was notable for the presence of the younger generation who were more prominent tonight.
