Today was the first day of the Global Council, the annual meeting of the Maryknoll Lay Missioners regional coordinators and the MKLM leadership.

We started the day with a liturgy in the Bethany chapel. Here Chris Keavney (left), Margo Cambier, and Joanne Blaney listen as Sam Stanton offers some of his reflections.

After the liturgy, the Global Council participants gathered down in the Bethany meeting room and began their time together with a personal sharing session, allowing the group to catch up with each since their meeting a year ago. In the afternoon the leadership team made their report.
