Odds and Ends in Louisville
 • In the morning I attended the liturgy of the Catholic deaf community of Louisville and visited with my old friends. The deacon is Tom Ryan. The priest presider is Fr. Brian Lamberson. The interpreter is Nancy Reynolds, the director of the Catholic Deaf office.

| • The rest of the day was spent working on reports for the Finnish Association of the Deaf, the major funder of the Deaf Development Program, and on work-related e-mails from DDP. One welcome break was walking around a new subdivision near my sister's home with her and her husband.
