Joe Payne attended St. Thomas Seminary from 1954 to 1960, four years ahead of Charlie Dittmeier in the seminary system. Recently he joined the Lost Boys of St. Thomas Seminary mailing list and has been adding many insights from his time at St. Thomas. A group of STSers who work downtown meet frequently at the Delta Restaurant on Market Street. Today Charlie planned to join them but only he and Joe were able to make it. It was a great reunion. The Delta Restaurant is owned by a man who also attended St. Thomas for a year. |

Charlie has been staying at his cousin's house part of his time in Louisville, and tonight she arranged a dinner for her daughters Colleen (left) and Ellen, and for another St. Thomas schoolmate, Henry Beavin (right). With them are Judith and Bob English. |
