Luckily this year both Christmas and New Year's Day fell on Sundays so we were able to celebrate more than in most years when Christmas is just another work day. New Year's Eve saw no Maryknoll gatherings this year, but on New Year's Day Judy Helein organized a Peace Prayer Service in the morning and in the afternoon Roberta and Jim McLaughlin hosted a "Three Kings Party" at their (relatively) new house.
