Fred Klotter is a priest of the Archdiocese of Louisville now studying in Rome.  Earlier he was in St. Aloysius Parish in Pewee Valley, Kentucky where he got to know Charlie Dittmeier.  When a trip to Thailand to visit friends came together, Fred decided to visit Cambodia also.  Here he is with Charlie at the Maryknoll house in Phnom Penh.
