One of the five workshops at DTW Cambodia makes towable road graders.  These devices, pulled by a truck or farm tractor, are the right size for grading Cambodia's small and notoriously rough provincial roads.  And they are the right price, too.  A grader like this costs $5,000 as opposed to a full-sized, self-propelled model that sells for several hundred thousand dollars.
