Colin Allen, a deaf man from Australia, has worked as a program advisor for the Deaf Development Program for the last two and a half years. Arriving at a very critical time in the history of the DDP, he evaluated the program along with Liza Clews, and then the two of them implemented a total revamping of the DDP. Now the new DDP is more healthy, more stable, and Colin is moving on to similar work in Kosovo.
Before he leaves at the end of May, the deaf community wanted to say goodbye so we planned a farewell. Here the staff of DDP gather on the Phnom Penh waterfront for a boat ride.
