On the third day of the visit to Banteay Meanchey, in the morning we traveled different directions from the center of the town of Serei Siphoan to visit the parents of deaf students in the Deaf Development Program class.  We traveled by motorcycle taxi.  In the afternoon we were back in the classroom to observe how the teachers were instructing the students about math concepts.
