Conference of Pastoral Workers with Catholic Deaf People in Asia

7-14 October, 2005

Today started at the Maryknoll house where I packed up all my stuff and prepared to move to the conference hotel.  About noon I got a taxi to the Hotel Villa Rosa but found when I got there that because of a mix-up all of our group were being moved to another hotel.  But that wasn't happening until later in the afternoon and we were still going to be eating all our meals at the Villa Rosa.

We ended up waiting in the lobby of the Villa Rose until 3:30 PM when we took the bus to a deaf girls' school outisde of Rome where we started the conference and ate supper.  Then we took two smaller buses to another hotel, the Hotel Ergife on the Via Aureliana.
