The site of the parish and its school is about as far out in the boonies as you could ever imagine.  The road back to it is actually a path wide enough to accommodate a car as it winds along the embankments that separate the rice paddies.  Now in the dry season, before the rains come to fill the fields for the rice crop, Cambodia's white cows graze on the rice stubble left from last year's harvest.
