Blessing the palms Procession into the church

The English-speaking Catholic community of Phnom Penh began its Holy Week services at 5:00 PM at our usual Saturday evening liturgy at the Russian Cultural Center, the only service we have each week. Charlie Dittmeier was the presider today as the palms were blessed outside. The Vietnamese Catholic community provided the palms, each one artistically folded into some design. We processed into the church, led by the children with their palms.
